(also spelled; Siu Nim Tao, Sil Lim Tao, Sil Lum Tao)
This is the very first empty hand form of the Wing Chun Kuen System of Kung Fu.
This form is a foundational form and is usually the very first form that students will learn when beginning study of Wing Chun Kuen Kung Fu.
